Lining the waterline of your Eye (tight-lining)

Tight-lining is applying eyeliner to the part of your eyelids that touch when you blink. The bottom inner lid is referred to as the water line.
This can be done by anyone, but the key is knowing what color to use when applying makeup to the waterline.
To make the eyes look bigger, rounder, or even reduce redness to make you look more awake, a nude pencil or white eyeliner can be used. Apply mascara and a soft eyeshadow under the eyes as usual.
To make large or round eyes have more of an almond shape, especially when doing a cat eye, a dark or black eyeliner can be used. Apply mascara and a soft eyeshadow under the eyes as usual.
