For a little pampering, head to the refrigerator and grab an egg. If you have dry skin that needs moisturizing, separate the egg and beat the yolk. Oily skin takes the egg white, to which a bit of lemon or honey can be added. For normal skin, use the entire egg.
Cleanse your face first.
Beat or whip whichever part of the egg is right for your skin type. (if you are using both egg white and egg yolk - beat the white until frothy and add other ingredients to the yolk - then fold the yolk into the whites. To it add 1 tablespoon of honey and 1/4 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (must be apple cider - NO WHITE VINEGAR).
Using the back of a spoon spread the mask over your face using the back of a spoon - allow to dry - about 10=15 minutes. Extra may be refrigerated for up to 3-5 days. You can use this everyday or one a week - whatever you want.
Rinse thoroughly with warm water and a washcloth. Follow with your moisturizer.
Obviously if you are allergic to any of these ingredients do not due this mask.
For maximum results, it’s best to do these masks once or twice a week. And it’s a good idea to do these after you’ve had a steamy shower. That’s because the steam opens pores, allowing the organic mask to penetrate deeper into the skin. Because the ingredients are fresh and spoil easily, keep them in the refrigerator in an air-tight container and pitch after about a week. (You don’t want to put decomposing produce on your skin. Freshness is key.)
